Responsibilities
- Performs Fire Damper documentation per CMS.
- Creates and maintains proper documentation.
- Completes work orders pertaining to Life Safety, Environment of Care, Safety and Patients.
- Completes Preventative Maintenance Work Orders.
- Collaborates on projects and work orders.
- Trains and mentors staff.
- Requisitions materials after conducting research for price and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HVAC preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, building automation and internet software.
- Knowledge and ability to interpret and apply local and national codes and standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Refrigerant Certification preferred.
- Valid New Hampshire Driver's license.
- Proof of insurance coverage complying with organization and departmental Driving Policy.
Skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Building automation and internet software knowledge.
- Interpretation and application of local and national codes and standards.
