Responsibilities
- Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliances in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Able to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
- Delivers various communications to residents as needed
- Provide the best quality customer service to our residents
Qualifications
- Hold current HVAC certification
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Able to consistently display a positive attitude
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Adequate interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
- Must be able to work on-call
