HVAC Maintenance Technician

Invitation Homes is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to support our portfolio of single-family rental homes. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure resident comfort and safety. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, replacing components, and responding to service requests within established timeframes. You'll document work in our maintenance system, follow safety and EPA guidelines, and collaborate with local operations teams.
