We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting includes Compensation: Competitive – Based on experience, license status, responsibilities, and level of involvement. Later also says Compensation: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month. So there is compensation info. So we can include a Pay section with that range. Benefits: The posting mentions "We offer competitive compensation, flexible involvement, additional paid technical/field opportunities, national-brand resources and training, and long-term growth potential." Also earlier: "We offer competitive compensation, flexible involvement, additional paid technical/field opportunities, national-brand resources and training, and long-term growth potential." Also "Why Join One Hour?" includes flexible involvement, additional paid technical/field opportunities, national-brand resources and training, long-term growth potential. So we can include Benefits section with those items. Schedule: The posting says "Part-Time / Contract / Negotiable" and "flexible involvement", "flexible scheduling". So we can include Schedule section with Part-Time/Contract/Negotiable, flexible involvement. Also "This is a remote position." So schedule includes remote? Probably schedule: Part-Time/Contract/Negotiable, flexible, remote. We need sections: About the role (position overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications), Skills (maybe combine?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not include markdown fences. Let's extract content: About Us: "One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned residential HVAC company serving the Greater Dayton area, backed by the systems, training, resources, and national brand recognition of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. As we launch and grow our operation, we are seeking an experienced HVAC professional to serve as our HVAC license holder/qualifier and technical resource." Position Overview: "We Are Seeking a Professional Who Either Holds an active Ohio HVAC Contractor License in good standing, OR Holds an eligible HVAC contractor license from a state with Ohio reciprocity and is willing and able to obtain Ohio licensure through the applicable reciprocity process. This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who wants to remain involved in the industry without a traditional full-time field schedule. The position will focus primarily on licensing, compliance, technical standards, and technical oversight. Additional compensation may be available for agreed-upon field support, troubleshooting, training, or other services outside standard qualifier responsibilities. We are open to structuring the role around the right candidate." That's about the role. Responsibilities list: bullet points. Required Qualifications: list. Preferred Qualifications: list. Why Join One Hour? includes benefits: "We are building our Dayton operation from the ground up. This is an opportunity to work directly with local ownership and help establish our technical standards, culture, and reputation from day one. This is not simply a request to associate a license with a company. We want an experienced professional who can serve as a trusted technical resource while helping us build a safe, compliant, high-quality residential HVAC operation. We offer competitive compensation, flexible involvement, additional paid technical/field opportunities, national-brand resources and training, and long-term growth potential." Also later: "Compensation: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month" Also "This is a remote position." Also "Part-Time / Contract / Negotiable" Also "flexible involvement", "flexible scheduling". Now we need to decide sections. About the role: combine About Us and Position Overview maybe. Responsibilities: list. Requirements: maybe Required Qualifications. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. Skills: maybe combine some skill statements from responsibilities? Could also include communication skills etc. But we can also omit Skills if not enough distinct content. However we have communication skills, professional dependability, technical guidance, etc. Could create Skills section with bullet list: Strong communication skills, professional dependability, ability to provide technical guidance, knowledge of HVAC service, diagnostics, repair, replacement, installation, mechanical codes, permitting, inspections, etc. But many of those are already in qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we skip Skills section if content overlaps heavily. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (combining required and preferred?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we need to follow headings list: we can use any of those headings but only if we have content. We could use Requirements for required qualifications, Qualifications for preferred qualifications, Benefits for benefits, Pay for compensation, Schedule for schedule/time. About the role for overview. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "competitive – based on experience" in Pay? Actually Pay section we have specific range $1,500-$3,000 per month. Also mention competitive based on experience etc. We'll include that. Benefits: list items: competitive compensation (though we already have Pay), flexible involvement, additional paid technical/field opportunities, national-brand resources and training, long-term growth potential, opportunity to work directly with local ownership, help establish technical standards, culture, reputation, trusted technical resource, safe compliant high-quality operation. Also remote position? That's schedule maybe. Schedule: Part-Time/Contract/Negotiable, flexible involvement, flexible scheduling, remote position. Now we must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Remove those lines. Also remove "Apply" instructions, "Please Include State(s) of licensure..." etc. That's application instructions, must be removed. Also remove "All inquiries will be handled confidentially." etc. Also remove "One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is an Equal Opportunity Employer." etc. Also remove "Each franchise location is independently owned..." etc. Also remove "Join the One Hour Team!" etc promotional fluff? That may be considered boilerplate? It's not legal but it's promotional. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The promotional fluff about "Join the One Hour Team!" maybe not required to remove but could be considered filler? It's not boilerplate but it's marketing. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The promotional fluff may be considered substantive? It's about benefits and culture; we already captured benefits. The fluff includes "We want to make joining our team as easy as possible..." etc. That's somewhat repetitive. We could keep some of it if it adds unique info not already captured. But to be safe, we can keep the benefits we already captured; the rest may be considered filler. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can summarize benefits in a list; we don't need to include all promotional sentences. Thus we will produce HTML:
