We are seeking experienced licensed professionals to join our organization as a Licensed Trade Qualifier / Technical Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trades professional who holds one or more active licenses and is interested in supporting a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Experience and licensing in one or more of the following areas: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC / Mechanical, General Contracting
• Candidates holding multiple licenses or experience across multiple trades are highly preferred, but applicants with a single qualifying license are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and industry expertise
• SUPPORT licensing and compliance requirements
• AID in technical oversight and quality standards
• PROVIDE professional input on trade-related matters
• COLLABORATE with operations teams as needed
• MaintAIN awareness of applicable codes, regulations, and industry best practices

Requirements

• ACTIVE professional trade license in one or more applicable fields
• STRONG knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• PROFESSIONAL experience in the construction, maintenance, or building services industry
• STRONG communication and problem-solving skills
