HVAC Installation Crew Lead — Residential/Light Commercial

About the role

The HVAC Installation Crew Lead is responsible for supervising and managing a team of HVAC installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of HVAC installers to ensure project timelines are met
• Train new installers on safety protocols and company procedures
• Oversee the installation process from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other departments to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Industry certification preferred but not required

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of 25 - 35 USD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
