HVAC/Equipment Technician | Bronx, NY

THE ROLE

As an HVAC Refrigerant Equipment Technician, you will work independently to provide reactive and preventative maintenance services throughout an assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service and repair commercial refrigeration and ice machine equipment in a restaurant environment.
• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules.
• Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which include conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred HVAC-R certification with a minimum of two years of experience servicing commercial refrigeration equipment.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role.
• Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs.
• Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing scheduling, and other tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
