Job Duties
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with service requests
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments, confirm visits, and follow up with customers
- Cookout and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently throughout the day
- Maintain accurate technician schedules and dispatch boards
- Create, update, and manage work orders in company systems
- Provide technicians with important job details, customer information, parts updates, and schedule changes
- Register equipment and maintain accurate customer records
- Help identify scheduling challenges and find solutions quickly
- Support a positive customer experience from the first call through job completion
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- HVAC or related industry experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a busy service environment
- Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn HVAC products, systems, and processes
