Responsibilities
- Ensure all calls for service, repair and maintenance are handled in a timely fashion.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills, both with coworkers and over the telephone with outside company associates.
- Dispatch technician(s) for scheduled maintenances, emergency and routine service calls.
- Dispatch technician(s) based on skill and location.
- Serve as liaison between technician(s) and clients to determine course of action.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience dispatching.
- MUST have experience in a high-volume service organization.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Proficient multitasking skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to be proactive and resourceful.
- Takes initiative, pursues opportunities, and is goal oriented.
Skills
- A High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Previous Customer Service experience in a business to business environment.
- Microsoft application experience is a must.
- Knowledge of the following programs is preferred: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics for Field Service is preferable.
