Responsibilities

  • Put your skills to work on advanced commercial HVAC systems, handling troubleshooting and repairs to full system installations.
  • Work with a wide range of equipment, including chillers, compressors, pumps, rooftop units, and building automation systems—using modern tools like laser alignment and vibration analysis to get the job done right.
  • Serve as a trusted expert to customers—diagnosing issues, explaining solutions, and ensuring their systems run efficiently and reliably.
  • Collaborate with a strong team of professionals, sharing knowledge, supporting apprentices, and continuing to grow your own expertise.

Requirements

  • You’re an experienced HVAC mechanic who takes pride in solving complex challenges and mastering your trade.
  • You have several years of experience working on commercial or industrial systems and are comfortable troubleshooting a range of equipment, including chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, and related systems.
  • You understand mechanical systems deeply, including alignment and vibration diagnostics, and you can clearly communicate what’s happening and why—both to teammates and customers.
  • You’re someone who wants to keep learning, sharing your knowledge, and represent the values of a company that puts customers and people first.
  • You hold a Universal EPA refrigerant license and are open to travel as needed.
  • You participate in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on HVAC professional who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in quality work.
  • Experience working on commercial or industrial systems, comfortable troubleshooting a range of equipment, including chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, and related systems.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical systems, including alignment and vibration diagnostics, and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge, representing a company that prioritizes customers and people.
  • Universal EPA refrigerant license.
  • Open to travel as needed.
  • Participation in the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices.

Pay

Pay Range: $22.61 - $24.23 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
