HVAC Customer Service/ Inside Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Receives customer order correspondence and writes sales orders.
• Researches inventory items for customer orders.
• Aids customers in identifying what products they need.
• Serves as a resource for outside sales personnel as needed.
• Attends sales meetings and training events as required.
• Reviews sales programs and promotions with the Inside Sales Manager.
• Aids customers with back orders, errors, tracking shipments, pricing questions, billing warranties, etc.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience working within HVAC industry or distribution environment preferred.
• Able to manage a high volume of incoming customer phone calls and emails.
• High level of face to face customer interactions.
• Experience in working with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Outlook, Excel, etc.

Pay

$22 - $25 per hour
