HVAC Inside Sales & Customer Service

About the role

The Inside Sales & Customer Service Rep will make phone calls to follow up on HVAC service or sales visits, solve or flag customer service issues, enroll customers into the annual HVAC maintenance program, follow up on technician estimates, and set sales appointments.

Responsibilities

• Make phone calls to follow up on HVAC service or sales visits
• Solve or flag customer service issues
• Enroll customers into the annual HVAC maintenance program
• Follow up on technician estimates that did not sell
• Set sales appointments when appropriate
• Document customer interactions
• Update CRM system with relevant information, including follow up activities
• May be assigned administrative or one-time projects as needed

Requirements

• Inside sales or customer service rep experience
• Very comfortable speaking on the phone
• Able to persuade and influence customers
• Target-oriented and results-driven
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent
