Your Role As an HVAC Customer Service & Appointment Coordinator, you'll be an important point of contact between our customers and field team. You'll answer incoming calls and digital inquiries, arrange and confirm service appointments, respond to customer questions, keep CRM records accurate, and communicate with technicians and dispatchers to help the day's schedule run efficiently. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.
