Duties And Responsibilities
- Service products and equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of Commercial and Industrial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair equipment using a variety of hand tools, rigging equipment, specialty tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes, or engineering specifications.
- Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary.
- Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
- Stay current on all manufacturers' products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience as an HVAC Chiller Technician.
- Boiler and Chiller experience.
- RTU Install and Service.
- Split System AC and Furnace Install and Service.
- Valid CO Driver’s License and Clear MVR.
- Universal EPA License.
- Can successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, and physical ensuring you can perform the duties of the job.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to be a team player and possess leadership qualities.
