About the role
The HVAC Career Accelerator Program at Ted's Air, Plumbing & Electric is an intensive, performance-based training program designed to develop motivated individuals into skilled HVAC technicians within 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Combine classroom instruction, hands-on labs, and real-world field experience alongside experienced HVAC professionals.
- Develop skills in HVAC systems and fundamentals, airflow and refrigeration basics, preventive maintenance procedures, electrical and mechanical fundamentals, safe tool operation, customer communication, professionalism inside customers' homes, safety standards, Ted's service process, and living our Core Values every day.
Requirements
- Motivated individuals with the right attitude, not necessarily the right résumé.
- Strong work ethic, curiosity, coachability, dependability, integrity, professionalism, respect for teammates and customers, and pride in doing quality work.
Qualifications
- No prior HVAC experience required.
