The Ted's HVAC Academy is an intensive, performance-based training program designed to develop motivated individuals into skilled HVAC technicians within 12 months. This program is not just an apprenticeship; it’s a faster path to a meaningful career built on skill, professionalism, and performance.

Who We're Looking For
- No HVAC experience? That's okay. We're looking for people with the right attitude—not necessarily the right résumé.
- If you're motivated, dependable, curious, and committed to becoming a trusted professional, we'll teach you the technical skills.
- Your background doesn't have to look like HVAC. Teachers & Educators, Military Veterans, College Graduates, Restaurant & Hospitality Professionals, Automotive & Diesel Mechanics, Construction & Skilled Labor, Delivery Drivers & Logistics Professionals, Retail & Customer Service Professionals, and Career Changers are all welcome.
