Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage industry knowledge and customer relationships to uncover service, repair, maintenance, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to expand existing accounts and generate new business.
  • Understand customer needs & recommend solutions by meeting with customers to evaluate challenges, discuss goals, and recommend HVAC solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and long-term value.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and recommendations that clearly communicate project scope, benefits, and value.
  • Present solutions professionally and guide customers through decision-making.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure opportunities are accurately scoped and successfully delivered.
  • Maintain trusted relationships by serving as a knowledgeable resource and ensuring customers receive consistent communication and support.
  • Drive revenue growth by working toward established business goals, expanding accounts, developing opportunities, and contributing to overall company growth.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC, refrigeration, service, project management, or technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, service processes, and customer operations.
  • Existing relationships within commercial facilities, retail, supermarkets, industrial, or similar markets preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-directed and motivated with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
