Key Responsibilities
- Leverage industry knowledge and customer relationships to uncover service, repair, maintenance, and upgrade opportunities.
- Develop strategies to expand existing accounts and generate new business.
- Understand customer needs & recommend solutions by meeting with customers to evaluate challenges, discuss goals, and recommend HVAC solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and long-term value.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and recommendations that clearly communicate project scope, benefits, and value.
- Present solutions professionally and guide customers through decision-making.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure opportunities are accurately scoped and successfully delivered.
- Maintain trusted relationships by serving as a knowledgeable resource and ensuring customers receive consistent communication and support.
- Drive revenue growth by working toward established business goals, expanding accounts, developing opportunities, and contributing to overall company growth.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC, refrigeration, service, project management, or technical sales.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, service processes, and customer operations.
- Existing relationships within commercial facilities, retail, supermarkets, industrial, or similar markets preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-directed and motivated with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
- Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
