Job Duties
- Coordinating construction projects with a focus on HVAC/Plumbing mechanical systems.
- Ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards.
- Building coordination and prefab documents.
Qualifications
- Working or educational experience utilizing REVIT.
- 3+ years of BIM/CAD working experience in HVAC/Plumbing.
- An understanding of Shop Drawings/Submittals.
- An understanding of Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical blueprints.
- A self-motivated individual who works well on their own and within a team.
- An aptitude for learning and a desire to succeed.
- A strong attention to detail.
- A high level of organization and management skills.
