HVAC Coordinator

Position Summary

The HVAC Install Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless installation experience for customers by managing scheduling, coordinating branch resources, and owning the install process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, including scheduling and follow‑up communication.
• Coordinate all aspects of installation jobs with internal teams and branch locations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Own and manage install jobs from initial scheduling through completion and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage HR/job workflows for assigned branches to ensure timely progress and documentation.
• Update internal tracking tools, including Monday boards, pre‑ and post‑installation.
• Collect payment for completed installation jobs when technicians are unable to do so onsite.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, dispatching, or customer service (home services industry preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented with a high level of accountability and follow‑through.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and branches.
• Proficiency in CRM and scheduling systems (experience with Monday.com or similar platforms a plus).

Work Environment

This is a fast‑paced, team‑oriented role supporting residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations across multiple branches.

Pay

USD $20.00/Hr. – USD $23.00/Hr.
