Human Services Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Part-Time Human Service Specialist to support our Community Transition Team in Eau Claire. This role involves administering urinalysis, breathalyzer, oral fluid, and sweat patch tests; providing client services per individualized plans; participating in recovery teams and offering progress feedback; assisting with medication monitoring (non-prescriber tasks); maintaining accurate documentation; collaborating with clients and teams to determine interventions; attending meetings and supervision sessions; testifying in legal proceedings if needed; and working flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administer urinalysis, breathalyzer, oral fluid, and sweat patch tests
• Provide client services per individualized plans
• Participate in recovery teams and offer progress feedback
• Assist with medication monitoring (non-prescriber tasks)
• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background and medical checks
• Strong communication and computer skills
