About the role

Part-Time Human Service Specialist to support the Community Transition Team in Eau Claire.

Responsibilities

  • Administer urinalysis, breathalyzer, oral fluid, and sweat patch tests
  • Provide services aligned with clients' plans and participate in recovery teams
  • Assist with medication monitoring (non-prescription tasks)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records
  • Collaborate with clients, teams, and supervisors to determine effective interventions
  • Attend meetings, staff development, and clinical supervision
  • Testify in legal proceedings if needed
  • Work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to complete background checks
  • Ability to document services clearly
  • Basic computer skills, including electronic records and email

Preferred: one year of related work experience.
