About the role

Part-time Human Service Specialist position supporting the Community Transition Team in Eau Claire. Ideal for students or early-career professionals interested in criminal justice, human services, or community support.

Responsibilities

  • Administer urinalysis, breathalyzer, oral fluid, and sweat patch tests
  • Provide client services per individualized plans
  • Participate in recovery teams
  • Assist with medication monitoring
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with clients and teams
  • Attend meetings and supervise sessions
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background and health checks
  • Clear communication
  • Basic computer skills

Preferred

  • 1 year of related experience
