Human Services Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Part-Time Human Service Specialist to support the Community Transition Team in Eau Claire. This role involves administering drug and alcohol tests including urinalysis, breathalyzer, oral fluid, and sweat patches; providing client services per individualized plans; participating in recovery teams and offering feedback on progress; assisting with medication monitoring through non-prescriber activities; maintaining accurate documentation and client records; collaborating with clients and team members to determine interventions; attending meetings, training, and providing testimony when needed; working flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends; and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year in a related field
