HUMAN SERVICES MANAGER (Citizen & Immigration Services)

About the Role

Full‑time Human Services Manager for the Korean Women’s Association, located in Tacoma or Lynnwood, WA. The manager oversees daily activities across multiple Human Services locations and contracts, serves as the primary contact with USCIS staff, and leads culturally responsive programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, operate, and coordinate citizenship and immigration services.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
• Facilitate community engagement and collaboration to enhance service delivery.
• Manage case management and improve systems through digital tracking tools such as GetCare and Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Lead project‑management initiatives and translate departmental goals into actionable work plans.
• Supervise program staff, support their professional development, and foster internal and external partnerships.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong operations management and coordination abilities.
• Expertise in strategic planning and project management.
• Familiarity with GetCare, Salesforce, and Excel for data collection and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills to meet funder compliance requirements.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and culturally responsive service delivery.
• Fluency in a second language is preferred.

Pay

$33.53 – $36.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
