About the Role

Join SeaWorld as an Ambassador and play an important part on our team, helping bring joy, excitement, and lasting memories to guests from around the world while supporting our mission of caring for animals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with park leadership and the training manager to support planning and execution of training initiatives.
  • Deliver high-quality training and development programs at all levels, from VP to hourly Ambassadors.
  • Facilitate training programs for Ambassadors across all divisions and levels.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from orientation to department and on-the-job training for new or rehired Ambassadors.
  • Support department leadership in identifying training needs based on feedback, process changes, and other factors.
  • Organize and review training manuals, materials, multimedia visual aids, and other educational resources for company policy updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of training experience.
  • 1 year of high-volume new hire orientation facilitation preferred.
  • Experience managing training content in a learning management system.
  • Background in a service industry setting desired.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Confident and outgoing presence.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Must be available to work varying shifts/hours based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily indoor work, with occasional collaboration in the park.
  • May sit or stand for several hours at a time.
  • Frequent changes, interruptions, and highly stressful situations requiring immediate action and independent judgment.
  • Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
  • Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.
