Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Team
- Take ownership of the overall health of CR
- Take ownership of the overall health of individuals within CR
- Spend time at CR onsite trainings developing relationships
- Attend/Lead HR team meetings
- Attend director meetings
- Give oversight to the Mentoring, Coaching, and Exit Programs
Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources (preferred)
- HR experience
- Leadership skills
- International experience
- Good people/relational skills
- Warm and friendly, with good communication skills
- Experience in conflict resolution
