Key Responsibilities
- practical experience in talent acquisition and onboarding processes within an HR environment
- work closely with HR staff to help ensure a smooth, positive candidate and new-hire experience
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communications between candidates, HR, and managing supervisor/mentor
- Affiliate with processing paperwork and coordinating orientation
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age and have completed at least two years of college by the start of the internship
- Must be currently enrolled at an accredited educational institution
- Comfortable being in a criminal justice environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- High ethical standards and professional judgment
- Self-driven and accountable
- Flexible and open to change
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
Internship Details

- Pay: Unpaid (professional experience and portfolio-building opportunities)

Minimum Qualification Requirements
