Responsibilities Develop recruitment policies: Create strategies for attracting top talent.Analyze hiring needs: Work with managers to determine job requirements and candidate profiles.Source candidates: Use various channels to find qualified candidates.Screen and interview: Manage resume screenings, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process.Build relationships: Maintain relationships with applicants and past employees.Represent the organization: Attend job fairs and events to promote TAIRC.Additional responsibilities may include serving as a subject matter expert in recruitment, creating onboarding processes, building relationships with universities and agencies, tracking hiring data, developing job descriptions, and coordinating interviews. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent management.
