About the role

Lead the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of partners, including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to fill roles across the United States, while advising and influencing partners on talent availability and market position attractiveness. Identify and build proactive relationships to develop talent pipelines for critical roles. Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws. Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top talent. Support Recruiting and Human Resources-driven priorities, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced, change-oriented environment

Pay

The pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Schedule

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
