About the Opportunity

CACI is seeking a highly skilled HR Support professional to provide comprehensive HR support across the organization, advising on a wide range of HR matters and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR issues, employment regulations, collective agreements, and policies
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare studies on organizational HR performance and strategic initiatives
  • Conduct research and analyze data to support HR decision-making
  • Develop and implement project plans for HR initiatives
  • Prepare memoranda for senior management on HR regulation changes
  • Evaluate job positions, determine classifications, and set salaries
  • Provide information on policies, job duties, and benefits to current and prospective employees
  • Serve as a resource for employee assignments to foreign/domestic locations
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of employee and organizational data
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and resolve HR issues
  • Functions may be modified based on the designated office requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (An additional three years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Proficiency in HR databases, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph

Pay

The proposed salary range for this position is $78,700 - $165,200.
