We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Summary, Duties, Requirements, Qualifications, Additional information (maybe benefits). There's no explicit Pay, Schedule, Benefits sections except a generic benefits paragraph at end. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The benefits paragraph is generic but mentions benefits package. It's somewhat specific? It says "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package..." It's generic but still content about benefits. Should we include Benefits section? It says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The benefits paragraph is somewhat generic but still substantive. We could include a Benefits section with that paragraph. We need headings:

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - Summary: "See below for important information regarding this job." That's not substantive; maybe ignore. - Duties: The block starting "Duties Help Performs duties which provide full range of Federal Civilian Recruitment and Placement services to customer offices.Provides comprehensive staffing and placement services to assigned organizations.Analyzes complex recruitment actions, troubleshooting and resolving the most difficult and complex problems associated with recruitment and placement.Facilitates mandatory placement programs to include priority placement program (PPP), Reemployment Priority List (RPL) program, interagency career transition assistance plan (ICTAP), and the agency career transition assistance plan (CTAP).Processes a full range of official personnel actions for organizations services using an automated system.Applies laws, regulations, policies, and practices to provide advice and guidance to officials, supervisors, and employees on a wide variety of pay actions and application of single agency compensation authorities where applicable." We need to turn into list items? It's a paragraph of duties. Could split into sentences as list items. The instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert duties into a list. - Requirements: The block "Conditions of employment Must be a U.S. citizenTour of Duty: FlexibleSecurity Requirements: Non-Critical Sensitive / No AccessAppointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination, where reciprocity cannot be applied; unfavorably adjudicated background checks will be grounds for removal.Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA): ExemptSelective Service Requirement: Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service.Recruitment Incentives: Not AuthorizedBargaining Unit Status: NoSelectees are required to have a REAL ID or other acceptable identification documents to access certain federal facilities. See https://www.tsa.gov/real-id for more information." We need to turn into list items. - Qualifications: The big block about specialized experience, education substitution, etc. We need to turn into list items? It's a mix of prose and lists. Could treat as list items for each bullet-like sentence. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can break into list items for each distinct requirement. - Additional information: includes Section 508, ICT, Reemployed Annuitants, Veterans info, Military retirees waiver, Drug-Free Workplace Policy, etc. Also benefits paragraph at end. We need to decide sections: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities? Could map Duties to Responsibilities. Requirements as Requirements. Qualifications as Qualifications. Benefits as Benefits (from the benefits paragraph). Additional info maybe could be split into Additional Information section (maybe not a standard heading but we could use "Additional Information" as heading? The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive. But we should prefer those headings. However we can also use other headings if needed? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections. It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we should map content to those headings where possible. For additional info like Drug-Free Workplace Policy, maybe we can put under Requirements or Benefits? Could be part of Requirements (conditions of employment). Actually drug-free workplace is a condition of employment, could be under Requirements. The Section 508 etc is additional info but could be under Requirements or maybe under Additional Information not in list. But we could create a section "Additional Information" using

even if not in examples; risk? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. ...). It doesn't say you cannot use other headings, but to be safe we could incorporate that info into existing sections: maybe under Requirements as additional conditions, or under Benefits? The drug-free policy is a condition of employment, so under Requirements. The Section 508 etc is about ICT accessibility, could be under Requirements as well (maybe as a condition). The veterans info etc could be under Requirements or maybe under Benefits? It's more about eligibility. Could be under Requirements as well. Thus we could have sections: Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (conditions of employment + qualifications?), Qualifications (specialized experience/education), Benefits (benefits paragraph). Might be overlapping. But we must not duplicate content. The qualifications section already includes specialized experience, education substitution etc. The requirements section includes conditions of employment (citizenship, tour of duty, security, FLSA, selective service, recruitment incentives, bargaining unit, REAL ID). We should keep them separate. Thus we will have:

      Responsibilities

      • ... each duty as li

      Requirements

      • ... each condition as li

      Qualifications

      • ... each qualification bullet as li

      Benefits

      ... benefits paragraph

We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now extract duties sentences: 1. Performs duties which provide full range of Federal Civilian Recruitment and Placement services to customer offices. 2. Provides comprehensive staffing and placement services to assigned organizations. 3. Analyzes complex recruitment actions, troubleshooting and resolving the most difficult and complex problems associated with recruitment and placement. 4. Facilitates mandatory placement programs to include priority placement program (PPP), Reemployment Priority List (RPL) program, interagency career transition assistance plan (ICTAP), and the agency career transition assistance plan (CTAP). 5. Processes a full range of official personnel actions for organizations services using an automated system. 6. Applies laws, regulations, policies, and practices to provide advice and guidance to officials, supervisors, and employees on a wide variety of pay actions and application of single agency compensation authorities where applicable. Note: some sentences have missing spaces due to original formatting; we need to add spaces where needed. We'll keep as is but ensure readability. Now Requirements list items: - Must be a U.S. citizen - Tour of Duty: Flexible - Security Requirements: Non-Critical Sensitive / No Access - Appointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination, where reciprocity cannot be applied; unfavorably adjudicated background checks will be grounds for removal. - Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA): Exempt - Selective Service Requirement: Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service. - Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized - Bargaining Unit Status: No - Selectees are required to have a REAL ID or other acceptable identification documents to access certain federal facilities. See https://www.tsa.gov/real-id for more information. Also maybe include Drug-Free Workplace Policy? That's later; we could add as a requirement: "Employees are subject to a Drug-Free Workplace Policy; pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, and random drug testing required; refusal or positive test results in withdrawal of offer or removal." We'll incorporate. Also Section 508 etc: Could be a requirement: "Position requires compliance with Section 508 conformant ICT for employees with disabilities; all ICT interfaces with the public related to vacancy announcements and career transition opportunities must conform to applicable ICT Standards and Guidelines." We'll add. Also Reemployed Annuitants: "This position does not meet criteria for appointment of Reemployed Annuitants." Could be requirement. Also Veterans info: "Information for Veterans is available at: https://www.dla.mil/Careers/Programs/." Could be requirement. Also Military retirees waiver: "As of 23 December 2016, Military retirees seeking to enter federal service in the Department of Defense now require a waiver if they would be appointed within 180 days following their official date of retirement." Could be requirement. We'll include these as separate list items under Requirements. Now Qualifications list items: Need to capture all substantive info.
