Responsibilities
- Ensure all employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and filed while maintaining confidentiality.
- Process personnel employee changes into HRIS, including terminations, promotions, job reclassifications, rate changes, and manager changes.
- Ensure compliance with state and/or federal law regarding delivery of final pay and required termination documentation.
- Provide administrative support for the Human Resources Department.
- Open and distribute all incoming mail.
- Provide internal and external customer service by responding to requests via phone calls and emails, seeking appropriate guidance, and using designated resources.
- Support operational compliance in data handling by learning relevant policies, procedures, and processes; handle both regular and sensitive data in accordance with global and local statutory laws.
- Support employees and managers by responding to inquiries and performing transactions using documented processes and policies; escalate issues to management as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Handle employee subpoena requests as needed.
Requirements
- At least two years of Human Resource experience required; healthcare industry preferred.
- Proficient in the use of HRIS (ADP Vantage, eTime, and DynaFile preferred).
- Competency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment.
