Human Resources/Scheduler

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the HR/Scheduler plays a key role in ensuring adequate staffing coverage, supporting nursing operations, and maintaining compliance with facility policies and procedures.
Our facility is a 96-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care center with thoughtfully designed common spaces, creating a welcoming, home-like environment for residents and staff. We foster a positive and supportive workplace where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff to support effective scheduling and staffing coverage.
- Utilize strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and staffing records.
- Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating time-off requests and shift coverage to ensure appropriate staffing levels across units.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures related to staffing, scheduling, and labor requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records and make timely adjustments as staffing needs change.
- Communicate schedule updates clearly and professionally with staff and leadership.
- Support overall staffing efficiency and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or coverage gaps.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to staff and maintain a professional, supportive demeanor.

Pay
$28 to $32 per hour (depending on experience), with daily pay available.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday.
