Personnel Scheduler

Join us as a Personnel Scheduler and play a key role in supporting staffing operations within a fast-paced clinical environment. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication, critical-thinking, and computer skills.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage, skill mix, and patient care needs.
• Partner with leaders to manage staffing plans, PTO requests, and budget-compliant schedules.
• Support and troubleshoot scheduling, timecards, and employee inquiries.
• Analyze and maintain staffing data using systems like Excel, while assisting with daily staffing adjustments as needed.

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2 years of experience in an administrative environment
• Experience in a medical environment with personnel scheduling experience desired
• Experience with UKG scheduling and timekeeping systems is a plus!
• Organization, time management, or customer service
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits and Schedule

1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), full-time, Monday–Friday, flexible hours between 6am-5pm. No weekends or holidays. Remote eligible after training (Must reside in WI, IA, or MN). Training Location: La Crosse, WI.
