Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage staffing schedules for CNAs and Nurses using the UKG Staffing platform.
- Monitor staffing needs and proactively fill open shifts to maintain appropriate coverage.
- Communicate scheduling updates, staffing changes, and conflicts with managers and care team members.
- Maintain and update staffing records and scheduling information.
- Cookordination medical supply inventory, distribution, and usage tracking.
- Serve as an important communication hub between departments, helping keep daily operations running efficiently.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree preferred.
- One year of scheduling, staffing coordination, healthcare administration, or related experience preferred.
- CNA certification required, or willingness and ability to obtain CNA certification within a designated timeframe after hire.
- Experience with UKG Scheduling or similar workforce management systems preferred.
- Knowledge of staffing practices, scheduling principles, and California wage and hour regulations preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
