Human Resources Recruiting Internship - Summer 2027

About the Role

Join Uline as a 2027 HR Recruiting Intern and apply your classroom learning to real-world recruiting projects. You will partner with hiring managers and HR professionals to identify, attract and retain top talent. This position is at the Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop your recruitment skills by interviewing quality candidates, maintaining and tracking candidate pipelines and developing meaningful contacts.
• Work alongside an experienced recruiter to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
• Support college recruitment projects and university relations strategies.
• Own a project that explores emerging recruitment trends or addresses a business need and present it to key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status students only.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to handle confidential employee information.
