Position Responsibilities

• Interview quality candidates
• Maintain and track candidate pipelines
• Develop meaningful contacts
• Work alongside an experienced recruiter
• Identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications, and skills
• Support college recruitment projects and university relations strategies
• Own a project exploring emerging recruitment trends or addressing a business need
• Present the project to key stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
• Junior-status student
• Hardworking and enthusiastic
• Able to handle confidential employee information
