This position owns the recruitment lifecycle from requisition planning through onboarding and serves as a trusted talent acquisition partner to operational leaders. Success in this position requires the ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity, build candidate pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and create a positive candidate experience from first contact through hire. Key Responsibiiities Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across multiple locationsPartner with District Managers, Branch Leadership, and Site Managers to identify current and future staffing needsCreate and post compelling job advertisements across multiple recruiting platformsDevelop candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and community outreachScreen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviewsPrepare and extend job offersMaintain candidate engagement through regular communication and follow-upTrack recruiting activity and staffing needs to ensure timely hiring results Talent Acquisition & Community Engagement Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positionsDevelop recruiting strategies tailored to healthcare, technology, customer service, and commercial client environmentsAttend job fairs, hiring events, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiativesBuild relationships with workforce development organizations, colleges, military programs, and community partnersPromote the Securitas brand and employee value proposition in local markets Hiring & Onboarding Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, employment verification, education verification, occupational health screenings, and drug testingEnsure onboarding documentation is completed accurately and on timeCreate and maintain employee filesCoordinate uniform and onboarding logistics for new hiresSubmit bonus payouts and hiring-related documentation as needed Partnership & Business Support Build strong working relationships with operational leadership teamsProvide recruiting updates, hiring forecasts, and staffing recommendationsSupport branch staffing initiatives and workforce planning effortsAssist with special projects and HR initiatives as needed Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GEDStrong communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologyAbility to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders Preferred 2+ years of recruiting experienceExperience in high-volume recruiting environmentsFull-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through onboardingExperience recruiting for healthcare, customer service, technology, operations, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, retail, security, or similar industriesExperience supporting multiple locations or business units simultaneously What Makes You Successful A genuine passion for recruiting and identifying top talentA sense of urgency and strong follow-throughThe ability to influence and partner effectively with operational leadersExcellent customer service, organization, and relationship-building skillsA commitment to creating an exceptional candidate experienceA desire to help build teams that support our mission of making the world a safer place Schedule Monday through Friday8:30 AM to 5:00 PMAdditional hours as needed for hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting initiativesFlexibility available based on business needs Our Mission Every person hired at Securitas contributes to our purpose: Helping make your world a safer place.
