Human Resources Recruiter

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions
• Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and ATS records
• Cook up background checks, drug screens, and job offers
• Lead new hire onboarding and orientation
• Sustain employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives
• Monitor attendance and assist with corrective action documentation
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• A strong sense of urgency and follow-through
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing multiple priorities
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems
• A high attention to detail
• An adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range

$45,000 - $55,000 per hour
