Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies, aiming to bring in the best new hire candidates to fill the agency needs
- Responsible for full life cycle recruitment that includes job posting, telephone interviewing, hiring manager interview scheduling, regular communication with job candidates and hiring managers
- Determine applicant eligibility by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and matching to the job requirement, verifying reference and employment checks
- Build network to find qualified candidates by researching and contacting local colleges/universities, community services, employment agencies, social media and make presentations, organizing job fairs etc
- Complete and submit all required documentation for new hires to go through the company new hire process and that includes employment/reference check
- Regularly update the Business and HR Supervisor on progress of the assigned job vacancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus three years relevant professional experience; or
- Associate degree plus five years of relevant professional experience; or
- A high school diploma plus seven years of relevant professional experience.
