Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop, synchronize, and implement long-range human resource annexes and personnel tabs for USARCENT operational plans (OPLANs) and concept plans (CONPLANs).
- Monitor, analyze, and report personnel readiness and theater manning levels.
- Identify critical tracking shortages and coordinate filler requirements with Army Human Resources Command (HRC).
- Oversee Joint Personnel Accountability (JPA) programs and coordinate Theater Casualty Operations tracking across forward locations in the AOR.
- Plan and execute personnel Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (RSOI) operations for forces deploying into or transiting through the Central Command footprint.
- Draft, update, and interpret theater personnel policies and directives.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level HR readiness briefings for senior USARCENT leadership and the G-1 command staff.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (equivalent military experience may be substituted).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of military HR operational experience (Army AG/42A background or equivalent contractor support role). Direct experience at a Division, Corps, or Theater Army (ASCC) G-1 level is highly preferred.
- Technical Systems: High proficiency with modern Army HR data systems, including the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A), Electronic Military Personnel Office (eMILPO), and the Total Army Personnel Database (TAPDB).
- Clearance: Active DoD Secret security clearance is required at the time of application.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of Army Regulation 600-8 series (Military Personnel Management), strong technical writing capabilities, and operational deployment planning expertise.
