About the role

The Human Resources Partner plays a crucial role in supporting the operations and strategic initiatives of Life.Church. This position works closely with various departments to ensure effective human resources management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate training programs and development opportunities for staff.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
