About the role
The Human Resources Partner plays a crucial role in supporting the operations and strategic initiatives of Life.Church. This position works closely with various departments to ensure effective human resources management.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Develop and maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate training programs and development opportunities for staff.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
