Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute electronic onboarding paperwork to new hires and field employees.
• Track onboarding progress and proactively follow up to ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee files and HR records while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Provide administrative support for HR processes, projects, and employee-related communications.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Entry-level HR experience, internship experience, or coursework in Human Resources is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of confidentiality, professionalism, and basic HR policies and procedures.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other technology-based systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow through on tasks.
