Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and HR programs.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR projects, reporting, and administrative activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship or work experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic HR systems knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay

Salary: $52,000-$58,000
