Responsible for
- Management and administration of the Personnel/Human Resources Department
- Supporting the Ogden Plant reporting directly to the Structurals Ogden GM
Objective
- Maximize cost effective utilization of division human resources
- Protect company assets by minimizing potential financial liabilities
- Drive the employee full lifecycle experience (staffing, on-boarding, performance management, training, compensation, etc.)
- Medical, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Federal and State Law Compliance, Records Retention, and Community Relations
Work Environment
- Works within the overall Corporate framework
- Maintains an atmosphere conducive to open communications with the plant and with the other HR plant groups
- Promotes and establishes positive employee relations programs within the Division group
- Integrates HR planning with plant business planning
Principal Accountabilities

- Market leader in manufacturing large, complex structural investment castings, airfoil castings, forged components, aerostructures and critical fasteners for aerospace applications
- Leading producer of airfoil castings for the industrial gas turbine market
- Manufactures extruded seamless pipe, fittings, and forgings for power generation and oil & gas applications; commercial and military airframe aerostructures; and metal alloys and other materials for the casting and forging industries
- Insists on quality and dependability in materials and products and in the people recruited
