Meaningful work from Day One: In this internship, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational strategy alongside business leaders. Responsibilities

• Feel the ownership of your project from the beginning, with specific projects and responsibilities assigned as of Day 1
• Work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager

Qualifications

• Candidates must be in their junior year of a Bachelor’s program or 1st year of a Master’s program (2nd year if the program is 3 years)
• Have a major or concentration in any of these areas: Human Resources, Business, Industrial Labor Relations, Organizational Development, or relevant majors
• Willingness to be geographically mobile — both during and after the internship — as we have roles across the United States
• Available to work a 12-week internship in the summer of 2026
• In good academic standing

Pay

Starting pay range: $29.00 - $50.00 per hour. Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
