About the role

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, safety & health initiatives and training activities of the property.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Employee relations, addressing issues and conflicts in a fair and unbiased manner.
• Payroll and benefit administration, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
• Safety & health initiatives, implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Training activities, developing and executing training programs for employees.
• Hands-on approach to staff relations, acting as an objective third party in problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of human resources experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Associates degree, Bachelors degree, or Human Resources certification preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Superior interpersonal & confidentiality skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
