Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of employee relations.
- Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of investigations.
- Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of complaints.
- Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of employment disputes.
- Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of leaves of absences.
- Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar applicable field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist/Employee Relations.
- Basic understanding of laws applicable to California employers, including wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, and protected absences.
- HR Certification preferred.
- Investigation Certification preferred.
Pay
Pay Range: $110,000 USD - $140,000 USD per year.
