Human Resources Manager (Business Partner)

The Human Resources Manager role reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources and supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of employee relations, investigations, complaints, employment disputes, leaves of absence, and compliance with labor laws. This position is hybrid with remote work, weekly visits to assigned campuses, and occasional travel outside the area.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar applicable field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist/Employee Relations
- Basic understanding of laws applicable to California employers, including wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, and protected absences
- HR Certification preferred
- Investigation Certification preferred
Pay
The salary range for this position is $110,000 – $140,000 USD per year. Final salary offered will be based on factors including skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
