Human Resources Manager (Business Partner)

This position will be in a Hybrid work environment remote with weekly visits to assigned campuses, occasional travel outside area.

• Employment disputes
• Leaves of absences
• Compliance with labor laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar applicable field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist/Employee Relations
• Basic understanding of laws applicable to California employers, including wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, and protected absences
• HR Certification preferred
• Investigation Certification preferred

Pay

$110,000 USD - $140,000 USD
